General conditions of sale

The present General conditions of sale (GCS) are applicable without reservations and restrictions on every product on sale on the site Any order on the site is subject to prior consultation and unreserved acceptance by the Customer of these GCS and of the applicable prices.  The Web site was developed in accordance with Moroccan law and in particular Law No. 53-05 on the electronic exchange of legal data.

Risponde quindi all’uso sul territorio marocchino. Any access to the Site, outside this territory, is under the full responsibility of the user and it is up to him to ensure compliance of the site with the local legislation from which he tries to access it.

Section 2 : Definitions

2.1. “Contract” refers to this Terms and conditions (T&C), Privacy Policy, Payment Information and anything we provide to you;

2.2. “Privacy Policy” means the information accessible through our website, which describes in detail how we collect and store your personal information in accordance with the legal provisions applicable in Morocco regarding the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (Law No 09-08 of 18 February 2009);

2.3. You, to whom we refer, are the person who accesses the website and who places an order for a good or service offered by us. Access to or by any other means also binds you to these General Conditions of Sale;

2.4.”We”, “us”, “our” refer to the Cooperative Asdikae Bila Houdoud, whose head office is located in TIMOULILT, DOUAR ISOUKTANE, 22702, PROVINCE OF AZILAL (BP 88).

2.5. “Products” and “goods” refer to all products we offer for sale on our website during a certain period;

2.6. Free donation: refers to the contributions that the Asikae Bila Houdoud Cooperative is committed to donate to the partner associations for the realization of sustainable associative projects;

2.7. “Service” or “Services” refers to all services we offer or request through our website;

2.8.”Seller Partner” is a third party, which has agreed to cooperate with the Cooperative in the preparation and/or delivery of products and services;

2.9. “Web Site” refers to our web site or or any other future means we choose to offer you our Services.

Section 3 : Orders

3.1. Without prejudice to the applicable legal provisions and in particular Law 09-08 on the protection of personal data of natural persons, and the aforementioned Privacy Policy, by ordering on our Site you declare that you have entered into a contract with COOPERATIVE ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOU and authorize the use of personal data for the purpose of fulfilling the aforementioned order, in particular by transmitting part of this data to the seller partners.

By ordering on or, you consent to the processing of your personal data and guarantees that all data provided are accurate and complete at the time of placing the order

3.2. All goods, services that you can buy on are for your exclusive use. This Agreement prohibits you from reselling such goods, services or acting on behalf of any third party. You may contract the Services only as a principal.

3.3. When you place an order on or, we may ask you to provide an email address and password. You must ensure that you keep this personal data and do not disclose it to third parties.

3.4. Any order placed on our website or other related platform is subject to availability, delivery capacity and acceptance by the partner seller and the cooperative Asdikae Bila Houdoud. Once you have placed your order online, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of your order. This confirmation email will be sent automatically and will only provide you with the order details so that we can verify its accuracy. Receiving an automatic confirmation does not necessarily mean that we or the seller partner are able to fulfill the order. Once the confirmation email is sent, we will verify the availability and delivery capacity.

3.5. If the seller partner with whom you placed an order accepts this order, he will confirm it with ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD, if the order details are correct.

3.7. If products offered by ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD are ordered, will confirm their availability in connection or not with the partner seller.

3.8. If the delivery of the products is no longer available or if the delivery capacity is not sufficient, we will keep you informed by phone or email or via whatsapp, according to the most efficient means of communication.

Section 4 : Prices and payments

4.1. Any contract for the order of products or services offered by this site is between you and the COOPERATIVE ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD through the platform

4.2. All prices displayed on the site are correct at the time of publication; however, we reserve the right to change them in the future. Final prices include shipping costs. We also reserve the right to modify the products or services available for sale on and to stop selling certain products or services.

4.3. All delivery costs from or or from third parties viewed from our website on the Internet are correct at the time of publication. However, we reserve the right to modify them before any order.

4.4. The total price for products, services and delivery will be displayed on the site at the time of placing the order. Payment must be made in full for all products and services provided. Payment is made by credit card via Paypal or by bank transfer or cash on delivery.

4.5. To pay your order, choose what suits you best:

-Online payment (Paypal or credit card with Paypal)

-Payment  by bank transfer (only for shipments to Morocco)

-Payment in cash on delivery (only for shipments to Morocco)

Section 5 : Shipments

5.1. The indicated delivery times should be considered only an approximation and may vary. The products are delivered to the address entered at the time of order, via the local post office

5.2. ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD can not be held responsible for cannot be held responsible for any delays in delivery. It is the sole responsibility of the local post office.

5.4. If the products are not delivered within the deadline, please contact your local post office first. You can also contact us by phone or email and we will do our best to have them delivered as quickly as possible.

5.5.In case of late delivery, the delivery costs will neither be charged to ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD nor cancelled.

5.6. All risks related to the delivery of the products will pass to you at the time of delivery.

The stock, insurance or other costs due to our inability to deliver the product will be borne by you: ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD will have the right to ask for full reimbursement of the costs incurred.

5.7.You must ensure that at the time of delivery of the products there are adequate arrangements in place (including access where necessary) for the proper delivery of the products. We cannot be held responsible for any damages, costs or expenses relating to these products when these are linked to a lack of access by the customer or to appropriate arrangements for delivery.

5.8.Partner sellers who prepare your order undertake to:

5.8.1. Deliver the product at the place of delivery agreed by you at the time of order;

5.8.2. Deliver within the time allowed by the seller partner;

5.8.3. Advise if they believe they can not deliver in the time indicated.

5.9. the partner sellers and ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD cannot be held responsible for any loss, liability, cost, damage and interest or expense relating to a delay in delivery due to force majeure “any fact that man cannot prevent, such as natural phenomena ( traffic and traffic jams, floods, droughts, storms, fires, locusts), enemy invasion, and that therefore makes it impossible to fulfill the obligation. A cause that can be avoided is not considered force majeure, if the debtor does not justify having used all diligence to protect himself against it. Force majeure shall also not include a cause caused by a previous fault of the debtor as a result of an unforeseeable event or for any other reason resulting from his own negligence, negligence or breach of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

5.10. Please consider the impossibility for partner sellers to make deliveries at certain locations. In this case, the seller partner will inform you by contacting you through the contacts that you have sent us at the time of the order and will propose the cancellation of the order or delivery to an alternative address.

Section 6 : Cancellation

6.1. You must immediately inform and contact if you decide to cancel your order, preferably by email, communicating your order number. If the partner seller accepts your cancellation, no cancellation fees will apply.

The partner seller may refuse to cancel if the couriers are in the process of delivery or if the order has already been placed by the partner seller.

6.2. We cancel the order if ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD has validated an order without confirming the availability of the product with the seller partner. In this case, we will keep you informed and refund any payment made. In the event that the product has been validated by the seller partner and the order confirmed, but eventually is not available from the seller partner, the seller partner can indemnify the consumer’s order with a replacement or similar product. In case of refusal, we will keep you informed and refund any payment made.

6.3. In the event that the partner seller delivers you the wrong product, you have the right to refuse delivery and be refunded. If the seller partner can only deliver part of the order (some products are not available), he must inform you or offer to replace the missing products. You can refuse an incomplete delivery before it is delivered and be refunded. We cannot be held responsible for incorrect or partial delivery unless the information provided to the seller partner by Home Delivery is incorrect or incomplete. As far as possible, any disputes regarding an order placed on the site will be resolved directly with the partner seller.

Section 7 : Informations

7.1. By accepting these terms and conditions, you consent to the processing of information collected on the site or for the purpose of ordering products and services. Section 8 : Associative project to be supported

The ASDIKAE BILA HOUDOUD Cooperative proposes to associations and cooperatives of the Mediterranean Network for Development and Social Economy, of which it is part, to finance the purchase of school supplies for needy students, or to support other sustainable projects. The online buyer, however, does not pay a penny more, he chooses only the product to buy.
